I don’t think there are really any issues besides some slight tweaks. I do think weapons break a tad bit too quick. I also think that they need to fix the shrine detector be more accurate or less annoying lol.

I also just think in general inventories could be better managed without having to scroll so much. Having it more vertical instead of horizontal would solve that I think.

I also wish swimming was a tad bit better but idk not the biggest issue since it actually makes it challenging to traverse stuff

There are other little QOL improvements they could be made but I think in general the game is extremely well done even 4 years after the fact. I have yet to play a game that still surprises me with the mechanics of the game almost every time I play it. Basically if you think “Hmm I wonder if this works” it almost always does. Very few games are like that

OK hear me out, the game is near perfect imo but there's a few things I feel holds it back from being that perfect

For exemple, I would love if there were a lot more types of different enemies, sometioles it felt repetitive just fighting the same 4 types of guys in the first one

Better side quests, more interesting and with better rewards other than money

Maybe remake the weapon system, I'm fine with weapons breaking down but maybe they could make it better with some weapons lasting longer and being more unique

Also it would be cool to have more gadgets, like a grapling, stuff like that

And also have a better level scaling system, I felt the difficuilty curve was kinda inconsistent in the game

That's the more specific things I'm hoping for

But im just being nitpicky tbh this s*** is my best video game experience of all tiome still

    You make some good points.

For me it'd be the following things

    • Better sidequests
    • Better / more diverse enemies
    • Improve horse mechanics
    • Improve overall main story
    • Improve shrines
    • Show weapon health (either a bar or how many hits you got left)
    • Maybe some type of level system (or something in that direction) to show how strong enemies are compared to yourself. It felt very difficult at times to know that

    This is nitpicking

Literally said in the first sentence none of it is that big of an issue.

I’m aware it’s nitpicking but you can still improve something that’s already good

How is he nitpicking lol. He’s just sharing his thoughts on potential improvements that could be made, and I agree with pretty much all of his points. Those are things that could definitely be improved upon. It’s constructive criticism. BotW is currently my favorite console game of all time but I’d be in denial if I said it was a perfect game. Certainly there are things that could make it an even better experience.

    The game is fantastic

At worst it's a 9/10 so yea, the points he made is nitpicking

Again, it's not a big deal and yea he made some good points and it is his opinion but as long as they stay on the same path as the 1st one then we in for another classic

    No game is perfect lol

Which is exactly my point. At this point you’re just arguing semantics which is fine but you said it yourself, no game is perfect so why wouldn’t you try to improve every time?

Finally playing through botw and I truly love this game

I play about an hour every day and every time I do something new. It really feels like an adventure. Only complaint is getting rupees is a bit tedious.

Not gonna lie though I did the stamina/hearts glitch cuz I don’t have time to beat all the shrines, I’ll do it eventually though lol

Eventually you’ll find ways to rake in Rupees, but I do kinda wish they were as easy to find in the overworld as they are in every other Zelda game
