There were towns in BOTW, about 8 of them I think and they were all very different and full of life so idk why anyone is worried about that particular side of the game
I feel like Starfield and Spider Man 2 people's expectations are all over the place. Some are realistic others I don't really know what they are thinking. Helps to just set realistic expectations. Not compare to previous major leaps in hardware and tech or design many years ago vs recently.
I'm honestly excited about going back to the same world because I genuinely fell in love with it and I want to know what happens after BOTW I want to meet all my favorite characters again, know what they've been up to, revisit my favorite places and look for what's different, I think it's a risky decision on Nintendos part but not one they would mess up

Yeah they already made the major leap with botw imo creating a whole new formula it's basically a new series now
it's about building on top of this new fundation now and I believe building or rebuilding is gonna be a big theme in this game
Well I don't need to believe it actually that's litteraly the main mechanic I'm dumb

yeah I thought you were being sarcastic or winking at the camera with that final sentence
I wonder how many years are in between botw and this
wouldn’t put it past them to have like a hundred year gap
id pay 400 just to play Odyssey again for the first time

Nintendo Switch 2 or pro or whatever I shall join y'all
I do have a giftcard currently but mentally I can't bring myself to get a switch this late in generation when by the time tears of the kingdom drops they will be announcing the new new
this game looks exactly the same as the last one
doubt it, I don’t see any shrines or divine beasts so the main quest is gonna be a lot different
seems like link has twice as many powers as last time, and fusion completely changes combat. sky vehicles completely change traversal not to mention that teleportation ability.

lol I don't fully watch most of her videos she got a cool face. Her takes are her takes. I watch for myself. There are some podcast I like or find them okay like last stand media or kinda funny but always watch for myself first.

Alanah works at Santa Monica studios (god of war devs) so she has an interesting perspective compared to most streamers
this game looks exactly the same as the last one
I mean visually, yea. But it’s adding a lot of new features that will make this game stand out from BOTW
What exactly do people expect a SEQUEL to look like when they say it looks the exact same
What's an example of a sequel that didn't look the same
Fuse is such a great idea for this game it's crazy.
Also I don't mind it looking the same, it's still on the switch, this is probably the pinnacle of graphics for this game on this hardware lmao
The new footage really got the hype going for me. I was not very impressed by some of the previous trailers but the new gameplay footage we got yesterday has me very intrigued and curious.
what else is new tho ? other than the new crafting s***...
Im still gonna cop but like damn bro, this is a glorified DLC for $80
