What exactly do people expect a SEQUEL to look like when they say it looks the exact same
What's an example of a sequel that didn't look the same
Majoras mask managed to flip the entire structure of the previous game on its head with the same assets in much less time
Would y’all say the botw dlc is must-play? Have never tried any of that content
If you really enjoyed the base game and you don't feel like you've had enough then the DLC lets you tackle some new challenges and get new rewards (like the motorcycle) but the DLC is not a must-play imo.

Must play nah but it's very fun
All I ask is that the dungeons are actual dungeons and don't f***ing suck

You gotta get it for the Hero's Path alone. I didn't finish my first playthrough when it first came out cause couldn't even really tell where I had already explored

Game needs a way to mark areas you've already fully explored. One of the main reasons it's hard for me to go back and beat Elden Ring.

Yeah they need to accomodate us OCD explorers better

Ok gonna give it a shot then! may as well get the complete experience
Odyssey is crack btw
just pure, distilled joy. I’m in love

It's cool, it gives all champions more time to shine, some great challenges, great shrines, pretty cool dungeon and one of the best boss fights in the whole game
And the motorcycle is just so satisfying to drive with

it just gets better and better
just so you dont get worried that youre beating it too fast, the most satisfying half of the game doesnt even open up till after the credits roll
If this ended up being only a MM type gimmick added ya’ll would be livid. Nostalgia blinders
This will make every item more valuable. I never bothered with chu chus or anything on BOTW

U can do wild things with chuchu jellies in botw but this is gonna take it to the next level
That korok is very intriguing 🧐
Korok forest isnt where its supposed to be, there might be a lot of lost koroks around the map looking for where the forest ended up, and you might have to help them

I'm in
Ive played botw to completion three times, but the dlc only once. I want to play at least that before totk, since botw would take me too long, because i remember especially the 2nd part of the dlc being great but besides the incredible boss, i dont remember just how good it was and why, and the dlc dungeon could be a teaser of how they designed dungeon puzzles in the sequel

You've seen the light
Odyssey is so unbelievably good man, the most purely fun game I've ever played, just thinking about it makes me grin
Been going back and forth between BOTW and Horizon: Forbidden West and man, Horizon's not a bad game but it feels stuck in the stone age compared to the revolutionary freedom you get here, BOTW is a game that takes every word of the phrase 'Open World Game' incredibly seriously
