Make me
This is the type of people that oppose Kanye
You can’t even back up your statements because you know it’s not true. Simply feeding into a social media narrative. Sheep
These aren't stances, these are statements
It's utterly laughable. People in here must think once you become president you just tell Congress "I want prison reform" and boom they take care of everything for you and determine how exactly to put that into action. Pointing to things in society that are bad isn't enough. This kind of stuff takes years of dedicated research, backed by studies, data, and facts. You need to have the knowledge of the legislative system and how it operates in order to actually get things done. You need to have the right team around you with expertise in every area. Kanye's going almost completely based off of emotion and while passion is nice, it's not enough to be the president.
he sad he's loking for aother running mate
But I was more so talking about like him being able to consult Elon Musk for space travel and energy solutions
Imagine if he’s actually president how much more access he would have
You seriously can not extrapolate for scale can you
I don't think Elon Musk is an expert on either of those things, he simply owns companies in those fields, you've literally prioritised social capital over any actual Indepth knowledge in anything.

You’re acting like Kanye doesn’t have 180 people hired to a newly conceived campaign
& the president doesn’t have hundreds of appointed advisors to help them execute their policies

Tell me exactly which guys Kanye has on his campaign. Name them off. I'm expecting to hear guys with economics backgrounds or some kind of political experience, and not just Pastor Mark from the ranch since you're so sure that these guys are so fit to be in charge of the important decisions that affect our day to day lives.

Elon is an engineer you have 0 knowledge of what you’re talking about.
He’s sat on thousands of engineering meetings and understand every iota of the spaceships SpaceX is building and they’re plan for space exploration.
There’s interviews where he goes extremely in depth.
You’re a clown for just assuming he’s just a businessman. He has 0 investments outside of the companies he’s founded and cofounded and said numerous times he’s an engineer not a businessman

I wasn't even referring to myself in particular. Arguing online doesn't matter. Kanye's policy positions are not fleshed out enough to contend with. If you even want to waste the time to do so.
Some people will really say “pipe dreams”
Everything Bernie was saying in 2016 was a “pipe dream” & now they’re majority of the democratic constituents demands.
Support what you believe in and it won’t be a pipe dream anymore. These are stances you have to get behind because you all complain about them on social media everyday but never look for a solution
People will always try to call anything genuinely left-leaning a pipe dream, but a lot of what Bernie was calling for as been mainstream social democracy in other countries for decades.
He had developed polices backed up by research and facts, including in 2016.
I love Ye but he does not have that, no matter who's politics you agree with.

Why does it matter? He’s still building his team and recruiting people. The more steam he gets the more access he’ll have. You expect me to list off 180 undisclosed names? You’re joking.
My point is there’s thousands of political professionals that are pushing every different ideology you’ve ever heard in America. They need that voice to step in the forefront and support they’re policies they’ve been working they’re whole lives on.
You’re conflating the two roles and it honestly shows how naive you are.
You think if Kanye becomes president or even gains steam in 2024 career politicians that have been working on education reform and prison reform and justice reform aren’t going to come work for and advise him?
so you tryna downplay him for willing to bring on board people who know more on the subject and help him run s***.
What leader doesn't use/have advisors?
and what did the all knowing Obama do to serve black people during his time? Police brutality, reforms etc?
but it's very hard to even make any other realistic policies if you have no tax policies. that's essential to the running of government.
So how can he have realistically thought and backed up any of his other plans, if he hasn't worked out a tax policy. Sure you can bring on other advisors to do that, but you gotta do that as one of your first things.
But really, he's a protest candidate who probably wouldn't get 5%.

He is not an engineer, mate, he doesn't have the qualifications. Sure, enough he's more knowledgeable on subjects regarding space travel and alternative energy than the average joe, but that doesn't really qualify him as an authority on the subject and its implementation with regards to a nation. he'll need to have multidisciplinary teams tackling these issues, not some guy LAARPs as Tony Stark.
If he understood every iota of the design of SpaceX's rockets, then he wouldn't need teams of engineers, he'd just do the engineering work on his own to save on labour costs.

Trump didn’t have that either. Yet he still gets s*** done.
Proving the presidents job is not to create policy. It’s to communicate and represent ideas which then get backed by policy makers

well arguably part of why trump can't deliver on slogans like 'drain the swamp', is because his white house still has a lot of the same old republican figures in it. they're running the white house a lot of the time.
he wasn't politically coherent enough or prepared enough to truly bring about change, despite representing himself as a 'change' candidate.

Is Trump a great president in your opinion?
It's ridiculous that people are being a*** on how he's going to accomplish all the demands like he alone should burden all the work. This unrealistic expectation on ye but at the same time are so ready to accept Biden because he's the "best compromise"
imagine thinking that asking how a presidential candidate plans to achieve their stated aims is being "anal"
jesus

Every advancement at this point requires a team of engineers and most likely a large team. You’re a complete joke.
In your logic there are 0 people qualified for the role because there’s not a single great engineer who isn’t a part of an engineering team
No I believe anyone willing to stand in front of and command the attention of millions and try to direct them into a better direction via running for President is viable for president
Go ahead and name more than 5 people who do this
if that's all it takes then you're an idiot
Is Trump a great president in your opinion?
Trump has enacted as many of his policies if not more than Obama did his first 4 years
His policies are often antithetical to my beliefs but it’s proof that the president communicates and represents ideas that policy makers then back and execute
Anyone who ever though otherwise is/was ignorant

I'm just pointing how ridiculous you sound, "Well his got Elon Musk"
That's like Bush getting Jobs to work for the Government in telecommunications.
All I'm saying is Kanye should take a few years to build out action plans and establish a group of advisors and y'all making me look like a hater. Is it too much to ask a PRESIDENTIAL candidate to already have a group of policy advisors before running for president? FFS
No you right
Kanye not really running this is a practice run
if that's all it takes then you're an idiot
You asked me who’s viable for president. I gave you a factual answer.
You didn’t ask me who I think would make a good president
& if it’s not factual name a president ever who didn’t have that quality and again please name more than 5 people in America with that quality currently

I'm not talking about enacting policies, but the material effects of those policies. most of Trumps major running points still haven't been achieved. There are still troops in the middle east, that wall still isn't up, the swamp is still comfy, no immigration reform either.

Steve Jobs was a designers he wasn’t even an engineer.

Oh so ICE isn’t Trumps fault then.
China trade war isn’t Trumps fault?
Okay...
Like I said earlier in the thread every president fails to enact majority of they’re policies but every president has a mark. (Meaning they get some of they’re policies through sorry I have to break everything down for you like this)
