I'm hearing this movie lacks any character...which those other films have.

U should watch it and not go off the deluge of reviews piggybacking off of each other. This movie is nowhere near as disjointed as "kpop king on a musical planet" being dropped in the middle of a movie, in any way shape or form

This was rough. I didn’t have high expectations at all going into this, but this was more mediocre than I could have imagined. You can tell where the reshoots are edited in. The problems that have plagued Marvel since 2019 plagie this movie. Just rough.

Agreed. Multiverse of Madness at least feels like it was made by an artist with a vision. There are clear glimpses of Raimi’s style. Not as much as I would have liked, but at least it has personality. That is something these movies desperately need, imo. Too many of these movies feel like they were made by AI in Kevin Feige’s underground basement.

At least MOM had the sense to walk back that embarrassing “she’s just a grieving mother they ll never know what she sacrificed!!!” Hero Angle on her holding the whole city and its people prisoners/slaves from wandavision

Had some pretty creative visual spells too, stakes fairly high with Wanda being a killing machine hunting them down the whole time, not bad for a Mcu movie post thanos

I will say that Sam doesn’t come close to Steve when it comes to fight choreography

I loved Wakanda Forever too

ive been vocal about my desire for Namor in the MCU for like a decade and I think what they did was brilliant. and Angela Bassett deserved that Oscar smh.

This movie was the last project that was greenlit and in pre production when Bob Chapek was CEO of Disney. He stripped away power from Feige and made Marvel do too much at once.

I hope and think that the rest of the projects going forward should be closer to the quality Marvel was hitting in the late 2010s

The wings, thruster, shield and vibranium combo gives a whole new dynamic which was more enjoyable for me personally.

This wasn’t bad. It was enjoyable but my man isn’t Captain America. Can’t see him leading an Avengers team

The dialogue was straight up asserroni cheeks in a lot of the movie. Took me out of the fun constantly. Action scenes were good and Sidewinder was 🔥
