This is an album that doesn't get brought up enough in rap discussions as far as influence.

No York by Blu. He recorded this s*** around 2009-2010 and it leaked in 2011, but it predates all the experimental and off kilter rap you'd hear in various albums like Sick! and Yeezus

Bruh also rapped over Flying Lotus and Knxwledge beats in 2009/2010 before Kendrick did it on TPAB.

I legit feel like a lot of these underground rappers styles can be traced back to this

If Luda has a classic album it would have to be one of those ones from the Back For the First Time - Chicken N Beer run. But Luda's problem is he can't sequence an album and is always padding out the runtime with extra s***.

Busta Rhymes has that same problem too.

Coincidentally they both cut their hair around the same time in an effort to be taken more seriously lol

Yea Aftermath was in their phase where they were trying to make everybody have an image or sound comparable to 50 & G-Unit.
