alright i got one more
as far as p****
I been through more walls than asbestos
man early gunit had so many classics
Scarface got 3 classic but nerds only pay attention to The Fix nowadays - and this aint even including the Geto Boys group albums
The Untouchable is his best album and also one of my personal favs of all time
real af
i lowkey wanna send Chicken N Beer in here but i think Ludacris might actually not have a classic album
He doesn't. He has good to great albums but people overuse the word classic
flawless discography but because busta blew up as a solo artist directly after, their catalog gets forgotten

Word of mouf prolly the closest he got
This is an album that doesn't get brought up enough in rap discussions as far as influence.
No York by Blu. He recorded this s*** around 2009-2010 and it leaked in 2011, but it predates all the experimental and off kilter rap you'd hear in various albums like Sick! and Yeezus
Bruh also rapped over Flying Lotus and Knxwledge beats in 2009/2010 before Kendrick did it on TPAB.
I legit feel like a lot of these underground rappers styles can be traced back to this
Word of mouf prolly the closest he got
If Luda has a classic album it would have to be one of those ones from the Back For the First Time - Chicken N Beer run. But Luda's problem is he can't sequence an album and is always padding out the runtime with extra s***.
Busta Rhymes has that same problem too.
Coincidentally they both cut their hair around the same time in an effort to be taken more seriously lol

Both kinda lost their aura/energy when they cut the hair too lol

they were tryna conform cuz they both were being seen as comedy rappers which is kinda dumb cuz Redman got a classic or two under his belt and he was a jokey joke rapper too

You real for this
Tbh i havent noticed ktt s***ting on The Documentary like that (moreso just Game himself) but this s*** gotta be a certified classic. Will forever defend his album run because its waaaay better than most people from his era
Game's run annoys me because Documentary got his best production but Doctor's Advocate had way better rapping

No one was trying to hear Ludacris doing story telling songs like runaway love lol
And aftermath busta rhymes....ugh I still remember the rollout for that album "New cut and new team, get ready for the big bang THE BIG BANG!"

!https://youtu.be/X4cUWwV-rc8?si=2Koq4iO51Cf_Czc5Yea Aftermath was in their phase where they were trying to make everybody have an image or sound comparable to 50 & G-Unit.
It's the same reason why Rakim & Raekwon both left
People forgot about BacDaFucUp???
I feel like this is the Onyx joint that gets overlooked

I vividly remember 50 cent trying to get MOP to lose weight and make songs for the ladies after signing them

Yo what would that even sound like

YO I DON'T KNOW YOUR NAME BUT EXCUSE ME B****, I SAW YOU FROM ACROSS THE CLUUUUB
Both kinda lost their aura/energy when they cut the hair too lol
Facts. They were never the same, Luda especially
Yo what would that even sound like
Something like lil Jon's SHAWTEEEHHH part on lovers and friends maybe?
I think these two get over looked and are vastly underappreciated although true classics.
