He doesn’t care about music, legacy, or rapping. At some point y’all gotta accept that lol. This is a job to him at this point.

Literally just conjecture lol there’s no way you could know this

I don’t think he’d make music at all if it was just about money for him.

“Virginia black, I could make enough money off that to not even rap.”

He has so many different avenues for money that are far less effort than him making more music.

“Anyone else would retire but I’m not content”

I already felt like I was in an alternate universe when people said Scorpion was bad. It’s honestly one of my favorite Drake albums. Then, CLB comes out and pretty much everyone accepts that while it’s not a great album, at least it’s better than Scorpion, right? And that just made me feel even more out of touch. CLB is depressingly simple and well below Drake’s potential. Scorpion not only had several hits, it had album cuts that were great and had lots of replay value. I haven’t felt any urge to go back to CLB. Sometimes I think Scorpion was just right place, right time for me, as it dropped right before a once in a lifetime vacation in the Hamptons. But then again that was years ago and I still feel the same way.
