ive watched a lot of his videos and while i dont agree with all of his ideas he seems to know history

everyone is saying hes a bad historian because of his sources but if u watch his videos most of what he is saying is just history u can look up and most of the time its true. He might be wrong in how he characterizes certain things but he doesnt like or fabricate facts

i dont know philosophy well at all but i do know world history more than most people

if you read the comments of his old videos its literally just people saying that he nailed it. its popular to hate on him now for some reason

Read books about the topic that he may not cite because they are too new and include new information that may give more details and context.

Communism basically just points out the flwes of capitalism and says we will do the opposite and because this aspect of capitalism is bad the communist approach will automatically be better

When in reality communism doesn't effectively address any of capitalism flaws and instead introduces more weaknesses

Socialism is the economic policy that is rational I think communism as an ideology is weird to me

If you can admit capitalist imperialism has been a brutal, exploitative process maybe someday you'll stop telling yourself "I'm sure any alternative is worse". Even slight changes like public healthcare or soft power are significant.
