If so, I have some questions:
1. How big is each meal, and what do you eat?
2. How often do you eat 3 meals a day?
3. How do you afford this?
I personally eat one actual meal and then surround it with tinier things, but people on Twitter are saying it's triggering to question eating 3 meals
To answer your questions op.
1. Each meal around 600-800 calories. Breakfast I have cereal mostly. Lunch I have sandwiches or salad + a snack I make the previous night. Dinner I usually have whatever my girlfriend cooks.
2. 7 days a week
3. I cook / make everything I cook. Me and my girlfriend go out maybe 3 times a month max. Our groceries for the week are about 60-80$ (we split this in half so really 30-40$)
Usually when people eat one meal a day it’s due to laziness or a lack of structure in their day. At least that’s the pattern I see among friends and myself etc.
I’ll often have ‘3 meals’ minimum but again it depends how u define it. I usually have oats for breakfast or nothing and a bigger lunch, lunch is usually something like rice veggies chicken/salmon or pesto pasta or other ez meal prep and dinner is my only ‘proper’ family meal which is 4-5 times a week south Asian food. I will always have a post workout meal, usually something small like a can of tuna and some brown rice or chicken.
If I’m trying to lose weight I’d reduce portions and mix dinner in with post workout probably
wtf is even a meal bro

Getting there.
Eating usually 4 meals a day but since gyms are closed and I only workout at the park, there are times I only eat 3 meals, sometimes I replace a meal with a protein shake.
Damn just realized some of you barely eat in here lol
Ya some anorexic Mfs, some of you are one blow of wind away from getting blown off your feet
