Weekends i try to, usually still don’t.
Before COVID on the weekdays I’d literally have a granola bar in the morning and didn’t eat until the meal after work so at 5 or later.
I eat like 5 times a day Groceries are usually under $100 a week
pre-workout breakfast: banana or greek yogurt with some coffee
post-workout breakfast: usually something like oatmeal topped with fruits and with a protein shake or an egg white omelette with spinach
snack
lunch
dinner
2 slices PBJ toast for breakfast with a protein shake, then a sandwich with half cup nuts and shake for lunch. Dinner is usually some pasta or lentil or rice n bean dish. Hitting 3k+ calories and 150g protein every day. It's max 10 bucks a day and that's if I throw some faux meat in my dinner. Usually 7.50 a day.

My metabolism dropped off a cliff about two years ago. So I usually eat something small when I wake up like toast, and then won’t eat again till I’m about to sleep.

Ayo can you recommend some good vegan foods for me please. My girl is vegan and I wanna get her some good stuff when I come back to the US.
Sometimes I eat 4 meals, sometimes I eat 1 or 2 big meals
I honestly don’t think I’ve ever eaten 3 meals tbh
The breakfast/lunch/dinner thing doesn’t work for me I usually get hungry like a few hrs after lunch and need to eat again. Then i’ll just end up eating less at dinner
I’m like 6 ft 175 too so I’m not overeating
