Once I graduated HS my eating went downhill
Breakfast and lunch are legit just multiple random snacks
Only full meal I eat unless I eat out for lunch is dinner
lets just say i sometimes work shifts from 2-11 pm and i skip my breaks, only time i would eat is before i go to work which would be around 12:30
Usually dinner & tinier things throughout the day. At least 2-3 days a week, I'll have breakfast & dinner.
Idk how some people can't eat breakfast I be hungry af when i get up. I do have a fast metabolism though so
I have IBS so I can't eat large meals. I probably eat at least 3-4 "meals" a day, but they're smaller.
-1 meal within 1-2 hours of waking up that either resembles breakfast or lunch, depending on what time it is
-1 meal 4-5 hours after waking up that's dinner-ish but not really
-1 small meal later into the night that's usually a mix of leftovers from whatever my wife made herself and our kid for dinner plus a side
-1 snack an hour or two before bed that's essentially a light breakfast, just to keep my stomach settled
No more than 600 calories in one sitting, adding up to about 2000 calories a day.
@bruntz
What you wanna know
Depends on my schedule but I try to get 2 or 3 meals every day. Legit meals too. I know some dudes eating 5 meals a day and they basically gotta force themselves to eat
Its triggering to question eating 3 meals?
What does this even mean
Questioning how others eat is fat phobic
