monotony is incredibly taxing
boredom (in the long-term) is perhaps the greatest emotional pain for humans
it's perfectly fair to be depressed by a monotonous life
that being said, i like that u are trying to put things in a different perspective for gabriel
Nail on the head.
It’s the monotony, that’s the correlation with age
I can’t be distracted by the same things I was in my youth because I’ve done them before
Monotony IS depressing
all I see in here is fellow kings questioning their current place in life, which is amazing to see cuz self-aware is something not everyone has
we all just in a race...
some people are content cuz they know their next destination
some people are sad and in a rut cuz they in that moment where they feel aimless
some people are happy and excited about life cuz they about to reach their goal
but we all in there
and i'm proud to see it
keep your chins up kings!
Hitting harder and harder as the days pass by
hang in there my fellow weezy stan brother
C6 is a year away
“Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat food from it all the days of your life”
Guess it wouldn’t be a curse if it didn’t feel bad

same here to a certain degree but out of curiosity bro let me ask you..
do games or movies get you excited anymore?
I play less than I did as a kid (obv) and less games come out that I am interested in.. but I def still get some joy of lighting up and playing a video game for a while, or anticipating the next movie
the pure unquestionable joy/bliss happens less frequently then we were kids, but it still happens in intervals
maybe this is the source of this bored/depressed outlook on your current situation?

same thing for relationships
the amount of good/healthy relationships that ruin themselves by always trying to runaway from any sense of routine is crazy
I get how spontaneity is a must, but for a long-lasting anything, stability and routine is also a must

Don’t like movies anywhere near as much as I used to
Games are okay if I’m playing friends but I see them as a waste of time/unproductive/escape
I love music but not enough has been produced for my huge appetite for it (2013 was peak)
But I like to make music too when I’m bored. But this is work and again a painful process, but a beautifully fruitful one when I do it right
Nothing to do with age
There’s a correlation between time, age, monotony brother
As a few have mentioned i think a huge part of it is the feeling of doing the same thing day in and day out. When youre stuck in the same routine, months seem to fly by without much to show for it. The less new information your brain processes, the faster time feels like its going by
You have to be proactive and make an effort to try new things as often as possible. Eating right, working out, and trying something new every day instead of sticking to the routine can make a huge difference
If anyone knows anything about astrology it’s Saturn tbh.
Saturn is the planet of concentration, permanence, tangible rewards, tenacity, ambition, and productivity. This taskmaster planet also rules caution, delay, constriction, limitation, responsibility, rules and regulations, pain, fear, authority, discipline, control and denial.
As living soulful beings do you really think we were designed to be office monkeys?
Nope, being stuck in an office for 75% of our time staring at computers as well as doing nothing but consuming social media and internet in our free time is probably causing a lot of the mental health struggles we see nowadays
There’s a correlation between time, age, monotony brother
Can be for some but it's not anything universal. Really depends on your perspective and approach to life. I've gotten less anxious and think less about age now as having a significant bearing on my life getting closer to and past 30

Fair.. you broke through a wall
Life’s different for everyone I guess
