    Hurry Up Fader

    No

He will still be very successful, he’s not gonna fade into obscurity.

But he’ll exist in that Em sphere from now on. Still putting up respectable numbers for an artist 20 years in, but nobody is really ranking them as the #1 guy anymore

    Probably just under FATD numbers.

Drake hate is only on the internet. It’s been a meme for like 15 years.

    It’s not 2016 anymore man

    He’s polarizing as f***

    HNVM > TPAB
    HNVM > GKMC
    HNVM > Mid steppers
    HNVM > Section 80
    HNVM > Untitled Dogshit
    HNVM > DAMN

Basically what I’m trying to say is:

    HNVM > Midricks discography

    Nah.

Honestly Nevermind is the only good album Drake dropped since More Life though.

like y'all when y'all think kids are listening to a 40 year old over artists like Carti

A 40 year old attempting Carti impersonations no less.

No Face and Daylight are f***in embarrassing tracks

People forget Drake is an actor. I foresee his career arch will be similar to Frank Sinatra… will stay relevant beyond 50 which is incredible in this day & age

Drake was in 1 teen drama before his music career lmfao. Comparing him to Frank Sinatra is laughable

What does that have to do with the fact that Drake is the most streamed rapper this year - every single month as well, despite Kendrick reaching his career peak?

    F***ing moron

Nah that's over. He should be commended for maintaining that status into his late 30s, many others faded long before that

Dude gonna enter his jay z/eminem legacy act era in next couple years

    He’s transitioning into legacy act

He's going to be a legacy act at this point. His catalogue is massive, with tons of hits.. So he will do well streaming wise. But, I don't think he is going to fully recover from what Kendrick did to him, and what he did to himself as far as these lawsuits against a major record company.

Music always wins Drake is still doing things Dot just started like platforming new sounds in rap and owning it

Earlier. Back in 09, drake got ton of flak from hip-hop heads when the blackberry freestyle dropped on hot97

The rap game never seen something so preposterous at the time

  • Dec 25, 2024

    I don’t see it happening

  • Dec 25, 2024

He‘s not a legacy act (I bet most people don‘t realize what legacy act really means) but he most likely wont have that pre-2024 dominance anymore, let alone he lost part of his momentum in 2023 already

His (rap) projects will always sell good no matter what but I‘m sure it will be harder for him to achieve huge hits
