It really feels like Views was the peak

Everything after that is just coasting even if he reached higher heights or more popularity

IYRTITL - meek beef - back to back - to views going plat first week

    Was a excellent arc

lowkey feels like we in the dragonball gt/super saga of his career now

    Said every year since 2012

    Give it a rest

  • Feb 24, 2020

Can’t really say this until a few weeks maybe a couple months after his next album drops tbh. Though y’all do say this every year and then Drake ends up bigger than he ever has lmao

Eh I still believe he has another gear he can reach popularity wise

    How?

He can avoid plateauing if he develops a serious heroin habit before recording any more music. This would be the best possible career move for him.

He would produce a deranged, dark, d***ged out experimental album that would be praised. He’d give grizzly accounts of life and the situations he gets into while being a fiend, and hustling pills on the side to fuel his addiction as people begin to distance themselves from him. Soon it would come out about his addiction and the media would be buzzing. Scandal after scandal would arise and he’d be the most talked about person in the world as he continues down this dark path of addiction and insanity. Then, he would get arrested for possession and do a stint in jail, adding credibility to the hard image he’s been trying to adopt for sometime. The #FreeDrake movement would be like nothing we’ve ever seen before and it would spark an international conversation about how we treat addicts (rehabilitative vs punitive punishment.

Drake would get out, get clean, and become the face of the opiate epidemic sweeping North America, opening him up to even wider audiences and platforms. His first album after release would sell a million first week and be praised, as Drizzy explores a whole new realm of lyrical content reflecting on his past degenerate behavior and becomes a symbol of hope for millions dealing with addiction. This would be great for his image, solidify him as one of the greatest rappers ever, and create worldwide change that benefits millions for years to come.

The best possible thing drake could do for his career is to start doing as much dog food as possible, as soon as possible.

Drakes dog food jawline a glow up waiting to happen.

    How?

Because there's a bigger peak that some other artists have achieved that he didn't and I think he's able to get there

He's yet to reach the peak of ppl like MJ, Beatles, Adele, etc.

Adele maybe. (I'd still say he got around there in my opinion).

Mj is impossible for anyone living on this earth right now. It could've been justin bieber for white America but he's trashed.

Drake would need a whole rebrand reintroduction new life new stories new writing. Pretty mutch become a whole different person behind closed doors in front of the constant speculation of social media and his fame.

    Damn near impossible.

Bieber was never bigger than Drake throughout his career.

And I don't think he'd need all that, he'd need multiple God's Plan level songs in a row which may be incredibly hard but I don't think that's impossible. Either way he's always shown to grow album after album so I guess we'll just see.

    FaZe Offset

Op thought he had one typing out those big words

big words huh. maybe you just dumb my guy

  • Feb 24, 2020

He's following a pretty consistent superstar arc

    Debuted in 2006
Take Care was his ascent to the top (2011)
    Views was his peak (2016)
So in 2020/2021 we can expect his last truly huge album before he slowly starts his slide downwards.

First half of bieber's career matched mj's work with the Jackson 5.

(For white America, If your black you're not gonna feel this way. I can't believe Im even bout to post this s***)

2015 Beiber needed to step into an Off The Wall type project and continue to grow from there.
