Secondly, a "blaccent" is a caricature of how non-black people think all black people speak like. Of course, not all black people have one accent, and that's the problem with a blaccent. It's stereotyping how black people speak to try to earn more social capital amongst black people, which Eminem was clearly trying to do in 1999.
