I wont speak on the accents Em supposedly has, but I switch up my accent if I meet my old friends from high school and primary school, im not of arabic speaking background but the accent is like Lebanese Arabic influenced English because its what i was surrounded with growing up.

The vernacular switches up as well and the old slang automatically comes back. It's very noticeable as well because the accent emphasises sounds coming from the throat, whereas I normally talk from the top of my mouth.
