facebook in 2021
got an old account, I should sell it to sum weirdo
they had a good relationship, but he didnt wanna add her(?) back on facebook. as a result, she began to feel like he was hiding something from her (bc he didn't wanna add her back) and their relationship began to go downhill. im pretty sure he didn't wanna add her bc he didnt wanna share everything with her/ wanted things separate from her
is that right?
You gotta put urself in the perspective from like ‘07... s*** wasn’t anything then, so it wasn’t a thing looked as seriously as it Is now
I mean, what if he just never goes on his facebook and doesnt care to???
I mean I feel but seems like a lot of interpretation to be made when the lyrics suggest otherwise idk
tbh tho i feel him, my girl followed me on twitter and i stopped using the app
i was never even doing nothing bad either
Keep in mind he says "when Facebook arrived", at the time social media wasn't as important as it is now, so he makes a point he still does tbh
Also it talks on the idea of You can be with someone in front of them all of the time but your Internet presence seems to hold more weight than reality
Ur looking at it from a surface level, it’s basically commentary on love in the digital age
/thread
Accent drives me mad makes me wanna punch a frenchman in his baguette ass face
@Ithaka can I get a French " "
''She told me like, uh, "It's, it's over, I can't believe you"
I said, "Come on, you're crazy, because like, yeah
I'm in front of you, I'm every day, here in your house''
Then accept her you weirdo? Mf acting like it's a big deal to add someone on facebook. Super trash skit where he thought he had one
Where in the skit does he say that it’s a big deal lol?
And if you’ve never had a girl bug you over some social media s*** that you thought was trivial then you don’t get b****es like that
His accent is mid tho, like come on bro, you didn't even try you're making us embarrassed

He didn’t wanna add her cuz he didn’t think social media was a big deal
It’s commentary on love in the digital age but it’s also commentary on just how fallible relationships truly are
Sebastian in the skit has bangers
real, my fav song by him tbh
People acting like this skit is some huge flaw that ruins the whole listen IT'S ONE F***ING MINUTE IN A WHOLE HOUR

Fr. Lowkey it doesn’t even take anything away from the album. Honestly adds to it imo. It’s relatable, short, to the point, and a solid piece of social commentary
The only way I would even begin to justify it logically is if by “accepting” he means creating a profile and adding her. If he’s stating he has one and doesn’t add her it’s stupid and there’s no way you can convince me otherwise
Sounds like a typical greasy french

Blonde one of the albums that does skits the best imo, only 4 of them, they're short, they still have musical elements and are tied to the themes of the album

That's like digital age gaslighting tho
