If you're being sarcastic you're ignorant. Common recommendations for depression are routine and exercise. Being physically healthy directly impacts mental health and acts like jogging etc can trigger dopamine response in a much more positive feedback than d*** abuse or the myriad of poor habits one can get into while depressed

Quality. I would agree being my guy is in college and probably depressed cause that structure and linear path ain't so clear anymore. Unfortunately you wouldn't say this to people dealing with other illnesses that aren't taboo
you must not be on a path in something you're interested in
start trying new things you have wanted to try, figure out who you are
If you're able to @op, look into speaking to a mental health professional (therapist, counsellor, social worker, etc.). Being able to bounce thoughts like these off of someone who is trained to help has done wonders for my mental health.
