    Whether or not you write your thoughts down they will still control your life. Journaling just gives you a chance to acknowledge and change them

    no they dont, you can always ignore em and shake em off

    writing positive thoughts can be beneficial but writing with no filter can make your bad thoughts and anxiety even realer

    got a source on that number? i know several people who do all those things and are still absolutely depressed. I do all those things and i self harm constantly. feels like a bullshit statistic that fits a narrative you’ve invented. nothing wrong with promoting those things but don’t say some s*** like that lol

    Who said it’s an easy fix?
    I was depressed and it helped me, don’t gatekeep depression and call others obnoxious when they have done those things and it has helped them through the same thing that OP is facing. It’s obnoxious to disregard what have been solutions for many many people
