That HUD looks like it’s out of street fighter and is absolute dog s***.
Everything else looks good.
So looks like I'll be getting like 3-4 FF games during 2022-2023.
So...
Final Fantasy VII: Remake Intergrade
Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition
Final Fantasy XVI
And I guess maybe Final Fantasy XIII
I hope we have ai companions…
Narrative party members would be a massive loss…I hope those are still in.
And I’m sure the game has some black characters, but I was hoping we’d see them in this trailer

It’s year out and UI is typically the very last thing worked on.
Still tripping off this not dropping for another year man. Lol they made it seem like the game was pretty much complete and coming within a few months. Guess I set myself up for that disappointment but still. I thought the game would launch at least by this Christmas. And funnily enough it probably was, and they did mention the game was pushed back 6 months due to covid, so six months from Christmas is next summer maybe that's what happened. Environments look amazing, and honestly even after this long wait and we finally got another trailer, still kinda low key dissatisfied with that too. I wanted to see more traversal through the environments. It was just a straight combat trailer, which looks fine, I play these games for the story and adventure aspects. We got a long way to go but I feel way more confident in this games potential than I did for ffxv. Or xiii as well for that matter.

I could be blanking here, but has a mainline FF game ever had 0 narrative party members

That’d be a first for the series, I think.
Not sure about XI
Find it funny how final fantasy went from turned based to dmc action
What if they make the Eikon vs Eikon battles turn based? I’m having a hard time imagining these battles not being clunky asf with an action combat system with the scale of some of the eikons
New trailer got me in a FF mood, just started XII
Enjoying a lot so far, lots of exploration too, like i just unlocked going to the lower zone to talk to some dude to break in the celebration, but the map just opened up and they let me explore a lot
Just finished it
Great ass game, loved it. Story was super interesting and the gameplay was lots of fun. Didnt do 100% but i did a fair share of side content too
This might be my second favourite FF (tied with VI for now tho, and X at first). Still wanna play more final fantasy, i'll go after IX, XIII or XV now

yeah this ain't the move...
even the enemies look DMC.... f***ing executor generic enemies?
yikes
rest looks cool though. I just hope that it's just not FF: DMC
Picked ff7r back up again only at chapter 11
i still need to beat the final chapter on hard for the plat, but i know the fights will be tedious
Been playing 13 now and bro Hope is such a p**** ass nigga i cant stand him

Honestly every character of the main party except for the black guy and Vanille are very clownable tbh

Vanille and Sazh were the best by far. The game would have been a lot better if the game followed just those two.

nah fr, most of em were just there to fill space or some

Chapter 6 with both of them and with this ost has to be my favorite for now
