What’s wrong with Foxys verse? s*** was gangsta af

Wayyy too generous. Nasir sucked. It's by far his worst project, even worse than Nastradamus. But like I said before, I blame Kanye for that project moreso than I do Nas.

KD1 is my least fave from the Nas x Hit series, but that’s crazy because I did NOT think they would top it.

I prefer the warm upbeat sound of KD2 for sure but the darker more serious tone of 1 is very cool too

All Bad, Ultra Black, 27 Summers still some of Nas n Hit’s best to date

Her voice is trash these days though, that was the problem I had with it personally

not every 10/10 needs to be a classic

it’s crazy how fast Kings Disease 2 came out following the first and I’m glad it’s not just left overs from the first album cause this album is about as good as the first, not quite there but it’s close

KD2 feels like an extension of the first now and Nas is celebrating his career as a rapper and the genre in general with tracks like Death Row East and EPMD 2

also glad to say the features kill it again just like KD1 with a mix of old (Lauryn Hill, Em, EPMD) and new acts (YG, A Boogie, Blxst) i think the old outshine the new but they did alright too

Overall it’s hard to find anything to dislike about this album I can’t imagine not liking it if you didn’t like the first

only song that didn’t really connect with me was Brunch on Sunday, beat was good as always which is wild to say for a Nas album, but the subject wasn’t for me nor did i think he used Blxst very well or he gave a great vocal performance, just an underwhelming song to me

but the good songs outweigh the less exciting ones by a lot

Nobody will be in my top 20 for sure Lauryn Hill renegade was crazy, Em went crazy on EPMD2 as well, nutso flow
