native indian homes were the first places some slaves could go after fleeing from their slave masters.

at the same time remember that owing slaves is a part of some native american cultures (war slaves among the tribes). so i think some of them didnt care if the slave was brown, black or white, if they can progress however

You're right. It's just annoyed me that they've been telling me for years we were ALL in this together but whitewashed out them having slaves themselves.
