You can't take a risk if failure is not an option, because then you are still playing it safe.
I really think Sunday night if anything was the night to play it safe.
Get your set right, go out there, play your greatest hits that reminded everyone of what they were missing and maybe put a new song at the end.
You watch that set he did with the long awkward pauses, him stopping songs to scream at his band, random interruptions from random people and eventually looking coked out doing listening party versions of his song on the aux cord and it was clear he had no vision and he wasnât looking for it anything fast.
Compare it to the 2017 tour and itâs worlds apart because Frank still cared back then.

Day One Isherhe's mad he had to be perfect his whole life the art is look I'm going to present someone who isn't perfect here and I want to see your reaction.
I don't care if you don't like it or not I'm going do this
The inner child on stage and all the changes in the songs are I'm like even if you see me as perfect in still this person who thinks he's made mistakes (he represents this through changing all his perfect songs)
The no stream is a choice bc he wanted people to be able see the raw self though a lense (which is bad quality streams)
He's representing our world view on perfectionism bc he's saying someone like me who you think is perfect also has many regrets
Hence the âheaving is guiding and following my dreamâ
The fans were a part of the performance and they probably don't like that
But it also fits the art bc they started to leave once he wasn't showing the perfect self
That's the thing (he can sing perfectly) but he didn't
