i don’t know if you played Bloodborne/Souls but the combat is way different in terms of approach.
Seems like you’re understanding it though. There’s a boss soon that’s basically do you understand boss and will test you.
The first game i played with that kind of style was the last Star Wars game. In the boss you’re talking about genchiro!

Another king on the road to greatness
Bull dead. Was A LOT easier than the other bosses. Took me probably 8 tries.
That was my first wall. I hated chipping away at this f***er forever
I just beat Genichiro, I'm loving this game. The point it began to really click for me was Lady Butterfly but Genichiro was some whole other s***, had me struggling for a while

The game doesnt get much worse than genichiro till the end. The ape isnt that bad with a good strategy and firecrackers.
Isshin is some f*** s*** tho
Sekiro is a much easier game compared to dark souls and blood borne. Also the least of the 3, but still a fantastic game overall..
Hopefully Elden Ring will be innovative and new.
That being said Blood Borne is the perfect game (along with Dark Souls one)
Sekiro is al about rhythm. It's like a dance.
Thats why Blood Borne is the GOAT. Best balance between defense and offense

I agree.
The only thing I liked more about DS3 than Bloodborne was the customizations options and the different areas.
But Bloodborne is king of all souls games in the actual gameplay department
I just started and this game gets so frustrating. I never played any souls games or anything and this s*** is brutal. It borders on making me not want to play.

Its all about parying and stay close to the enemies

You're gonna struggle and you're gonna have a hard time, but eventually itll click if you keep playing.
It clicked with bloodborne it clock with dark souls and it took longer but it eventually clicked with sekiro
I'm stuck at this part
!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKGsdEjTABEHonestly I thought this was the easiest Voss, I had way more trouble vs the general right before him and I was able to get a stealth blow on him so he only had 1 health bar.
You can even cheese the ogre and grapple hook if it gets dangerous

!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKGsdEjTABEyou can parry literally all his moves fam. except the grab of course.
some newcomers don't register that you can parry virtually every move in this game. some bosses even have different animations when you perfect parry them and make it easier to attack them.
Bought this on ps4 and wish I got it for pc instead. Waiting for the price to drop how is this still $60 on steam
Just bought this yesterday after having beaten Bloodborne. Something about these games pissing you off in the beginning and then just becoming amazing once you kind of understand how to play them
I just beat Sword Saint Isshin, its probably a top 3 Fromsoft boss fight for me. Now im gonna do NG+ for the Shura ending
