"Dur y'all there's hella low rent in Kelcetown, Arkansas"

Literally happening it Fayetteville Arkansas
Doesn't help Wal Mart and Tyson is HQ'ed there.
This a funny ass take considering the garbage ass apartments in my area have risen rent dramatically. Those luxury apartments were never an option for many people, so they weren't even considering trying to live some "lifestyle" they saw on social media.
pretty sure somewhere on social media there are 'ruin/doomer enthusiasts' who would pay extra to live in a 'GENUINE OLD HOUSE'
If you got a problem with your salary and your company ain’t giving you at least 2-5% raise every year to adjust to inflation then it’s on you to ask for it.
Otherwise look for a higher paying job
see me i get them student off campus housing rent prices. y’all be easy tho
