my local libraries got seed banks, 3d printers, tool rentals of all kinds, a discounted book store $1 paperbacks and $2 hardbacks, meeting and study rooms, a genealogy center, ESL groups, sunday movie viewings, book clubs, movie clubs, and more. plus libraries are still one of the last places you are allowed to exist inside of without paying money

Nope
Libraries will never be obsolete especially in a class-oriented society. It's literally one of the only things civilization has gotten right lol. Outside of that, public infrastructure, and due process everything else is a damn mess.
Not everyone has quality Internet and access to digital resources to find books they want/need, so pirating books is impractical. Plus a socially-oriented mode of literary consumption is amazing.
