I did a 5 day water fast about 5 years ago, was a lot easier than expected. I didn't have cravings beyond the first day or two. On day 3 I was around a bunch of people eating pizza and figured I'd be rabid but I was cool and calm.
NYE is literally my favorite eating day tho
so maybe some other time.

Crazy this thread came up cos this is what i was telling me girl we need to be doing into the new year. I'm gonna do a juice fast for the first 5 days of the year instead because I haven't mentally prepared for a proper fast

btw Christmas is the worst time to fast, just enjoy the season's food and fast in spring or even better in summer

How bout you just do a simple excercise routine for a month and drink water more regularly instead of falling into the trap of get slim quick pseudo science
Fasting is one thing but water fasting for SEVENTY-TWO hours has gotta be the DUMBEST thing I have ever heard of.
