Im 6’0 and trying to get to about 190-195 before i start eating at “maintain weight” calories. Feel like 190 is perfect for my height and build
And also im not a nutritionist or anything but if its not coming off easily at 180 you honestly probably dont need to lose weight
You probably carry fat less than me overall im the same height and 190 for me is just lean but definitely not like asap rocky skinny or anything

Also ordered an exercise bike that’s coming tomorrow, gonna try and get at least 45 minutes a day done.
I would do 24 hour fasting maybe once a week. It's mentally hard and you have to plan it around your schedule of course. But it worked for me.

So it took longer than I wanted because I didn't stick to a healthy diet at all. I ate whatever I want, But i was usually only eating once maybe twice a day.
I lost 11-13 pounds still. Fasting and lots of running were the keys. HIT running to be specific.
that s*** is hard when my parents makes lasagna and things like that 2-3 times a week
i make really good food all the time and just acknowledge ur meals are good, don't snack in between meals unless ur really abt 2 starve
also keep ur portions in check--if u feel stuffed, scale back for next time

bro ive been drinking water all day everyday. It made me feel more full. I also eat once a day at 12 pm.
Yesterday my mother made cake because its my fathers birthday in 3 days. I hope i dont eat any of it but it looks good af.
reduce calories. simple as.
no need for any fancy diets.
when you make your plate, add the veg and salad FIRST. then your protein. then your carbs. then your condiments (try and avoid)
10 minutes before your meal, drink a whole glass of water.
for me it's out of sight out of mind. meaning no filthy unhealthy snacks on show. put out fruit and you'll pick those up instead

you can eat it but then cut your calories out on other days.
so a slice of small cake could be about 100-200 calories. that's just cutting out a portion of a meal here and there. easily doable btw.

the problem is that i can’t control myself when it comes to cake and things like that. Mentally im a fat kid. I try to stay away from the refrigerator after i eat the one time a day.
