Been a dietician for 12 years, helped a lot of people lose weight. Tbh it is just wholesome seeing the change in people. I saw some losers turn into healthy males and females that otherwise nobody would look at turn into fine ladies.
for op I need some more data, generally you re right tho you need to eat less than your daily expenditure. Generally dont eat until you're full, because your hormones are f***ed ( grelin, leptine) so they dont tell you when to stop. Avoid sweets unless you have the discipline to only eat a small serving ( ever noticed how small the recommended serving is on sweets? yeah that's actually a good estimate). Uh sport helps empty your sugar reservoir which will make you lose weight faster but generally sport is not needed. What else uh if you're hungry that is a sign you're losing weight learn to embrace that. idk theres more OP just ask me

do sports, drink caffeine eat greens to be healthy
count ur calories and slowly taper off how much ur eating so ur stomach will get smaller gradually. ive been doing this for the last week

just eat lots of protein and stay under your recommended calories and its actually really easy. Your body is gonna take a couple weeks to adjust tho
also i read that only eating between 1 and 9pm helps your body burn more fat during the time you’re not eating. Im on break from school and wake up late lately anyway so that was a super easy and effective change.

So far I’ve been eating healthier. Def eating at most 1600 calories.
I walk basically 30 mins everyday.
Cut out soda, juice and high sugar drinks.
