    the problem is that i can’t control myself when it comes to cake and things like that. Mentally im a fat kid. I try to stay away from the refrigerator after i eat the one time a day.

    bro ive been drinking water all day everyday. It made me feel more full. I also eat once a day at 12 pm.

    Yesterday my mother made cake because its my fathers birthday in 3 days. I hope i dont eat any of it but it looks good af.

    Fam, I cut out fast food early last year because of covid. Not going to restaurants like I used to. I also couldnt work out like I did before. I was never big before but even I saw weight loss just through that. Yall had to be being pigs lol

    Im tryna do it but i also love food. Im gonna eat a lot less than i normally do and i need all the advice i can get. EVERYTHING.

    I will update this thread once a week and if i dont update it it means i have failed and that im a fat hungry f***

    watch yo weight and eat yo veggies, workout 30 minutes a day thats how i lost 13 pounds

    I got a warehouse job it helped a lot
    I think abt 15 loss there in a month
    I was barley eating also
    I got 20 more 2 go🤧🤘

    my niggas i have not been on ktt for a couple of daya i forgot about this but im currently losing about 1000 calories a day. I dont see much of a difference yet tho.

    thats too much bro ur probably slowing ur metabolism too much which will even slow down ur weight loss

    20 min of cardio a day
    cut out fast food
    eat the s***load of fruits and veggies

    all you really need to do.

    bro that means u have 500 calories available to maintain ur body it really isnt enough it isnt healthy

    either cut some walking or eat a lil more trust me

    bruh im a lil nigga tho. I’m 5’7, and my maintaince is about 2000 cal. So its just 500 calories below, and then i walk to lose some extra weight.

    i lost like 2.5 - 3 kg since i made this thread or something like that, i don’t see much off a difference yet, but i wasn’t really that fat tho. I just wanna go back to being skinny so another 3 kg and im good. I feel much better tho
