I see their points and what they want but they are f***ing actors, its their job to portray people they are not

I think the most important thing would be, having a transgender writer, and consultant on the set.

Its almost a double edged sword though, because more people will see the movie/know the story if its a notable actor.

Told yall how this was a disaster from the voice acting bit that happened last week. Now it's ground zero for acting rules. It's gonna swing left and right with social politics from conservatives and liberals.
Just cast more variety of people from the jump and it'll be easier. I'm sure they could have cast a lead trans character easy as s*** but they went for the name grab.
