    I can’t do it dawg. I’m too tired. Its damn newr impossible smh. I know i could just sleep earlier but not possible because of my work. Maybe its deeper than that? idek

    normal days i wake up, check my phone for 30 mins, cuddle my dog, make a smoothie, make a coffee and start my day

    most days when i wake up i instantly check the stock market and it gives me an adrenaline rush to see if im making or losing money

    but i dont wake up early for work 90% of the time

    I do it for my job everyday

    Yeah I’m tired but when I leave my place I don’t feel as tired anymore.

    Staying in bed just makes you sleepy. Get up as soon as you wake up

    I gotta wake up at like 4-4:25am for work when I work day shifts. Leave the house at 5, then work 6-6

    On the opposite side though, I work an equal amount of night shifts 6-6 so I get to stay up then sleep in hella late on nights.

    I mean if you're not going to sleep early I could see why it would be hard. But yeah set an alarm and make it a habit it will become easier over time.
