Just curious to see what y’all think about this. For example, if someone brutally murders someone else, then they would get murdered in the same way. Definitely an extreme example but just getting the point across. (Obviously with anything there would possibly be exceptions)

if a person kills multiple people, how would this justice system repay them? by killing them multiple times?

would make sense if we lived in a world where everybody was of equal socioeconomic status and mental health wasn't a thing

but we do so a system like this would be terribly unfair
