I personally like it as long as we were 1000% sure the person was guilty
I’m not particularly interested in rehabilitating or imprisoning monsters who rape and murder. Rather use those resources on uplifting the youth and trying to prevent people from becoming like that in the first place

there’s always gonna be messed up people. but i feel like what you said is true. if we make examples out of them rather than simply jailing them then that would make a bigger impact

Exactly. It's actually a bit wild how people are "free" and homeless but cannot access food/water/shelter while people who literally commit disgusting vile crimes get access to a bed, shelter, and food.

Like there is never a reason to rape or molest children. Doesn't matter how down bad you are it just shouldn't be done. Also never a reason to murder helpless, innocent people. We shouldn't have to prevent people from doing these things
