60% of americans feel tired and report waking up 10 minutes before work the day amid covid I definitely fit right in with this statistic . I'm really interested to see if you have any ideas or experiences that help you wake up?
Sobreity and healthy eating. Eat a salad or something on that order for dinner instead of meats. Wake up w no stepback hesi
That's why I just run off of 2 hours of sleep. If I'm going to wake up tired regardless might as well make the most of my time awake.

Ok this Kramer lol
Nose breathing. No cap. Deadass.
I put on a nose strip and a tiny piece of medical tape over my mouth to help me nose breathe at night. I now wake up alert like a f***ing hawk at 5:54am right before my alarm is going to go off.
A big problem I have is that I eat like 30 minutes to an hour before I go to bed. That really messes up with your sleep quality apparently, so I'm trying to eat at an earlier time.

damn i gotta try this
damn i gotta try this
I dont want u to expect a magic bullet or sumn cuz my sleep hygiene is pretty good to start with. i'm good about sleeping and waking at the same time every day, and my bed is only for s***or sleep no scrolling social media or anything. But I hope it helps you like it did me!
I think the benefit is from not being dehydrated when waking up. You lose so much water out of your mouth breathing thru it all night. Also your lungs absorb 20% more oxygen in each breath thru the nose over the mouth.
Anyway hope it helps!

Totally get it, I will try all of the above. The no phone in bed thing would be wild difficult, that's dope
For me its Running , eating semi clean, only drinking water and unsweetened tea, going to bed early ect. I still feel kinda tired most morning tho but thats only because i smoke like a chimney and be on my phone before bed.
Also i force myself to get outta bed 5:30/6. Even on weekends

Exercise
Chug water as soon as you wake up
Go to sleep and wake up at roughly the same time every day
8 hours of sleep (find your range but 8 works for me)
No electronic devices an hour before bed
I’ve never slept better in my life + had more energy in the morning than I have the past few years I’ve been practicing all of these habits

Lmao I got to bed like 2-3 and wake up like 6 for work. If I'm going to be tired irregardless I might as well use that time just being awake
