60% of americans feel tired and report waking up 10 minutes before work the day amid covid I definitely fit right in with this statistic . I'm really interested to see if you have any ideas or experiences that help you wake up?
Most people dont sleep enough and if they do it's not quality. I feel like death in the am as well.
bro i aint taping my mouth like im kidnapping myself
I take a piece of tape that is like...maybe 1/4inch long, and use that. i can still talk, i can still breathe thru my mouth, it just helps keep em closed by default. i can literally just open my mouth and break the tape as well.
Took me a second to realize this
So vertical from right above your upper lip to right below your bottom?
Cleaning up my sleep hygiene helped a lot but there's still room for improvement there and I'd like to build on that - I'll look into that book you mentioned as well but do you have any particular kind of nose strip and medical tape you'd recommend/a go to?

Like without vitamins even if eating properly you will feel like you are depressed. I would wake up go right back to sleep like "wtf is wrong with my body my brain must hate me". Then suddenly you get nutrients and you feel high

Eating after I wake up, even if it’s just something small, really helps start my day, I’ll go from being sluggish and tired to fully alert
1. Set a time to go to sleep EVERY SINGLE DAY. When it hits that time, you should be IN your bed.
2. Set a time to wake up EVERY SINGLE DAY. When your alarm goes off, you should be OUT of your bed.
3. Take two of these DAILY 30 minutes before going to sleep. amazon.com/KAL-Magnesium-Glycinate-Chelated-Servings/dp/B00013YZ1Q
4. Drink more water (ideally 2-3L, so 4-6 of your regular 16.9fl oz water bottles)
You can all thank me later
If you exercise regularly, are sober or at least limit drinking and smoking and eat right you will wake up bursting with energy

I use the Breathe Right brand nose strips. got em at Walgreens. started with the extra strength ones but I do fine with the regular ones too. the tape is like a 1in wide medical tape that's some kind of fabric, sorry no brand rec I've had this tape for years lol. I rip like 1/4in off and actually tape horizontal along my lips because otherwise I always tape a couple mustache hairs and that bothers me lol. so just do whatever is comfortable for u. the guy I learned it from puts the tape vertical so yeah
yo chill b.

Not a single ounce of water in sight
if your nose feeling big congested before bed try this up to 5 times and see if it doesn't help
