Hov sending his minions to create a beef in efforts to dethrone Drake
nothing new here
I seen both train and kendrick looks more impressive tbh
!https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=346N52dBwUEBro yall gotta understand there is a weight class for a reason. Drake would beat Kendrick just off his size alone in a serious fight. In a regulated boxing match, Kendrick might have a chance but he got a big disadvantage
Ay real talk if they were to ever go full out who do you think will send the first shot with a name?
Drake never says names so Kendrick
Kendrick hasn’t been in any rap beef. Just because he is a great rapper doesn’t mean he’s gonna beat anyone in a rap beef lol
He hasn’t been in a full fledged beef but had Big Sean trying to make amends and Jay Electronica drunk ranting on discord off one line
that song is not getting streams today, dont do that
Well yeah because "Big" Sean is too scared to put that song on streaming.
I don't blame him either, you type in Control on YouTube it would autofill "Kendrick Lamar"
Damn Meek lowkey saved Drake’s career.
You guys should be thanking Meek. It would of been over for the boy.
Spooky
What KTT threads gotta do with people listening to the song? Lol
The fact that the only part of that verse anyone talks about are the names mentioned tells you all you need to know about it lol.
Let me explain in more detail
Kendrick is hailed for his lyrical ability, he’s considered a top tier lyricist in a way that Meek is not. Not in 2015 or now. Meek was also further from Drake’s level in terms of cultural relevancy.
Meek fumbled the bag completely in that beef. Sending off tweets instead of bars, taking too long to respond, etc. The info could have been used in a more impactful way if done by somebody closer to Drake’s caliber, ie either someone from the big 3 or a legend, basically.
If Kendrick had called out Drake for using a ghost writer as a bar on a diss song, and provided proof like Meek did, it would be a much more remembered moment than Wanna Know was.
Maybe but let's not act like Meek was someone who wasn't respected in the game back in 2015. He was at the peak of his popularity back then. He was dating Nicki Minaj and dropped an acclaimed album that did a quarter million units first week. He was a big deal back in 2015 and it's inaccurate to suggest in any way that he wasn't. Hid name being as big as it was back then was the very reason why that beef was so high-profile. If he was a nobody rapper, it wouldn't have made the waves it did.

When did Big Sean try to make amends?
More like Big Sean checked to find out if it was really beef and Kendrick and his camp ducked the smoke like they've always done.

Hope U getting paid for this

Iirc it was Sean who called and asked if some bars were for him and Kendrick’s camp said no lol.
I'm telling y'all, if that beef popped off in 2015, Drake woulda got smoked.
it would've bad for him for sure
prime Kendrick wasn't folding like meek
he got banged up by diddy aint nobody worried about drake in a fight

That’s why I didn’t say he was irrelevant, just that Kendrick would’ve been the better messenger because Kendrick was more relevant and is known more as a lyricist than Meek was
Wow so this confirms that the ghostwriter bars in King Kunta were really about Drake. Drake is lucky that Kendrick didn't expose him.
