About 4, which is awful.
On a related note, you guys should check out the Sleep Cycle app. It’s an alarm clock app that also monitors your sleep pattern. You can either set it to monitor your breathing through your phones mic or use a Fitbit or similar device.
It monitors your stages of sleep every night and compiles the data, and the best/main point of it is that you set a window when you want to wake up rather than a specific time, and it will wait until you are in a light sleep cycle and then set the alarm off, so you never get pulled out of REM sleep and feel gross.
If you’re a mapper, it’s so f***ing clutch because you pretty much eliminate ever having those naps where you just wake up feeling worse.
5h-6h but I'm really trynna push for 8h. Thing is it's pretty hard cause I don't feel like going straight to bed right after I'm done working an 8h shift

And when you need to nap, you can use it to set a window of time to wake up, and it will wake you up when you won’t feel bad

Completely free. They have a premium version that they’re always trying to push, but I couldn’t even tell you what difference it makes lol
I think it is just more in-depth sleep a***ysis or something like that
5-7 hours during the week, depending on what schedule I have and when my shift starts.
On weekends I tend to sleep a lot more, especially on sundays, from 8 up to 11 hours.
