    On a related note, you guys should check out the Sleep Cycle app. It’s an alarm clock app that also monitors your sleep pattern. You can either set it to monitor your breathing through your phones mic or use a Fitbit or similar device.

    It monitors your stages of sleep every night and compiles the data, and the best/main point of it is that you set a window when you want to wake up rather than a specific time, and it will wait until you are in a light sleep cycle and then set the alarm off, so you never get pulled out of REM sleep and feel gross.

    If you’re a mapper, it’s so f***ing clutch because you pretty much eliminate ever having those naps where you just wake up feeling worse.

    Thats facts just so hard to get to sleep esp in technological age always a conversation to have an article to read video to watch chore to finish sucks as well i got to wake like 550AM for work and im a st8 up night owl and get shi done in the dead of the night

    Used that sleep app. Only 4 hrs
