For me what worked was grilled chicken skewers and greens beans for intermittent fasting
Fast
this.
fasting can detox your body and provide many health benefits
but if @op you do it, ease into it with intermittent fasting then a 3 day fast or maybe even a 7 day fast
you'll feel groggy at first but once you power through the hunger pains your body will thank you like never before

Cook for yourself and use fresh ingredients.
It might seem expensive at the grocery store, but you can get a weeks worth of fresh produce and meat along with any other ingredients for less than eating fast food. It's going to automatically be healthier because it's easier to cook with restraint as opposed to eat with restraint. Make smaller and more balanced portions and use normal amounts of butter and salt and you're already eating healthier.
His is a good way to star it I would actually advise against getting actual weeks of fresh produce, you should just get it for the week. It usually doesn’t last that long and in my experience you rarely use them all.

big cap
one week of dinners alone is $200-300 (meat and produce). One week of mcdonalds dinner is around $100
eating healthy is way more expensive than fast food

Depends what meat or food you get. I can get 6 large chicken breasts for $2-3 a lbs between 18-24 bucks. Grab rice and frozen veggies for pretty cheap too and it's not as expensive as McDonald's for the week.
It really depends what you making
