one week of dinners alone is $200-300 (meat and produce). One week of mcdonalds dinner is around $100
eating healthy is way more expensive than fast food
Tf are you getting for dinners if you're spending 300 on groceries for one person

You got 8 kids or something?
This sounds interesting to me but can you explain more. When you fast for 16 hours how do you do it. You just wake up and not eat for 16 hours and then eat?? How does that work.

I don't eat until 2pm
I then eat until 10pm
After 10pm I just drink water before bed
When I wake up I either have a sugar free energy drink or have black coffee
Then I just drink water until it's 2pm
And it changed my stomach basically to the point where I rarely feel starving or even all that hungry at all. Drinking more water is important and makes me feel full. Tbh my "breakfast" is a protein bar or a quest bar and I'm normally feeling full for a while even just from that
I lost over 20 pounds my first month or two doing it in quarentine and then I quit but I started up again and lost 6 pounds
You eat Popeyes every night?
I can only stand to wait 3 hours for my food once a month, if that.
