    As you make progress you might find it less boring so just push past this current phase

    Make sure you’re doing all the right things like diet, consistency, progressive overload and rest days or you’ll get frustrated

    I'm 5'10" 130 pounds and looking to build some muscle. However, I find lifting weights boring af. Any advice to make it more fun?

    I was 6ft 135 lbs at my lightest, now I’m 6’1 160 lbs. Still got work to do the gyms around me haven’t been open that long

    Get nice clothes, listen to some bangers, and try new techniques/exercises frequently. Look at yourself in the mirror and see the pump, see them gains.
