I’m pro gun control. But I’m not a f***ing dimwit that thinks it’s realistic to buy back all the guns in USA.
I clearly posted my quarrels with the American gun laws, you shouldn’t be able to buy a gun legally as easily as you currently can.
Have a database of every gun, disallow felons and people with mental health problems from getting guns, and overall do a better job with background checks/making.gun licenses mandatory country wide.
It’s not a straw man when you can literally go on twitter and see all these women and soy boys calling for a ban on ALL guns period.

It is 100% a strawman
You can’t say “pro gun control people want everyone’s guns gone” then when confronted with a clear contradiction to your post say “oh I’m not talking about you though I’m talking about other people”
Say “the people that want all the guns gone are dumb”. That’s a logical post that’s reasonable. Lumping one portion of pro gun control people in with the rest and making a generalizing statement about the whole group is irresponsible and stupid.

It might be a smarter idea to remove student debt and make college accessible to poverty sticken neighborhoods.

Majority of people aren’t saying “let’s take everyone’s guns away”. There are some idiots saying that though for sure.

I'm not really pro-gun but this true, Assault rifles are overkill but concealed carry is very reasonable. I tried to explain that what if situation in your post to my family and they're like "But we'll just rely on the police"
Like but the time police arrives the dude probably kills everyone and loots your place, running away. At some point in my life if I become a landlord or some s*** I'll purchase a strap for myself
