I've went through hella identity crises but not nearly to the magnitude youre feeling it rn. Honestly idek how I got through it, I think it was just digging through my past and coming to terms with a lot of things and also realizing that its OKAY to be different from what you see as "you" cus really what is "I" or "me" also living in the moment will definitely help but im still working on that myself
