I already speak Persian and Turkmen, though I speak English 95% of the time nowadays
Are you able to speak those without issue?

Funny enough when I try to speak Persian it's slightly smoother, Turkmen I have little issue but thats because I'm not as fluent in that language
Dunno if this a factor but I spend both my Kindergarten and 1st grade years in Iran mainly speaking Persian
Tongue thrusting out basically, but it might also be my narrow smile...who knows
oh cause i was gonna say if it’s an issue with your tongue being attached to the lower part of your mouth you can get surgery for it that’s inexpensive and is painless but idk about your situation honestly
Learn to code or something maybe?
Idk if I'm interested in that, maybe

Still confused whether I got that or not, most of the doctors I went to say I don't have it sooo
Earlier this year but it wasn’t much help tbh, might have to consider surgery even though it’s super expensive
So what speech error were u diagnosed with

Tongue thrusting and yes I went to a speech pathologist

Would an orthodonist help? They can put stuff behind your teeths backrow to create a barrier to the tongue. I had to get that too because my tongue would touch my teeth too hard
Put a pen or pencil sideways between your teeth and read out loud as much as you can. That'll help with pronunciation.
Then, read things out loud and say a between every word.
For a example a like a this a. Eventually, you'll be able to only say the a in your head, and finally, you won't need it at all hopefully slowing your speech down and helping with pacing making you sound more confident.
I say this purely speculating what your voice sounds like based on your description.
Edit: I see up there you say you already speak slowly. I imagined it was fast. I think maybe take a few singing lessons. They can really help you make your voice sound as pleasant as possible and a lot of the things taught overlap with good speech.
I tend to speak too fast sometimes. Gonna try this

Like it’s thrusting into your teeth?
Write cover letters before your interviews explaining the issue and how you won’t let it effect your performance or ability to communicate with other employees, along with some other standard cover letter stuff about why you want to work there etc

Never heard of this before
Might look into it, though my parents and friends are heavily against me doing any orthodontic work in general

I think it's just a retainer at the back row of the lower teeth. It isn't visible outside. It can just stay there for many years

1. I think recruiters hardly ever read cover letters, at least according to a friend of mine who spoke to a recruiter
2. Wouldn’t it be risky to disclose any issues or disabilities in general? Like it’s just asking for me to be discriminated against and not get the job as a result
"Even my older half-brother admitted that the interviewers probably see me as some “laughing stock” and “incompetent”, also thinks I might need some surgery to fix this"
Tf ur brother went od for no reason

One day once I save up enough money, but all the 5 orthodontists I visited none of them mentioned this.
Ugh I just have to convince my parents that I might need some orthodontic work. I do have slightly narrow smile in general, dunno if that has effect on my speech

He wasn’t wrong tbh, I’m jealous that he can speak so well and probably have better chance of getting a job than me though he’s a felon

Nah he is, that has more to do with a confidence and anxiety than speech. Do u practice doing interviews intensely before them ?
And surgery is od. I used to have a slight lisp, still kinda do but it's very subtle now and I done fine in interviews and presentations but you can definitely fix it just by speaking more, recording urself talk and working on it, speech therapy, etc

they dont usually but yours would be different, you could give them a bit of background and ask them to read it before the interview, or just explain at the begging of the interview
it sounds like thats already happening to you, you need to find a way to show employers you can still communicate effectively and get your job done

Would be easier to assess the situation if OP did this tbh. Hard to know if it’s actually a legitimate problem or just in your head because of insecurities.
