it's funny you mention Chlamydia, bc if you test too early or during a dormancy period (like you said, no symptoms) you can get a false negative.

there's ppl who have it for years and don't know until they get a second test done, because they don't have an outbreak

Sounds like you might’ve tested during the incubation period so I wouldn’t say you’re in the clear yet. You might have to test again in a couple weeks to make sure.

also lots of people live with herpes or hiv without even having any symptoms and they don't find out til years later, so i just get paranoid at the smallest things

you have to make sure those STDs are on the panel that you're drawing

for example, herpes will only show up on a blood test if its specifically being tested for
