so I took this stuff and I can say it actually gave me 1. Weird nightmares and 2. good sleep so I will continue using it for some time
Melatonin might make you feel drowsy and out of it the next day if you don’t take it as early as you can
I reccomend going to a doctor.. they would give you some s*** that will knock you out, without drowsy side effects
Melatonin are for those rare cases, I wouldn’t suggest continually using them, everyone different tho

Ill try to use it on Sundays and mondays mainly for like the next couple weeks and see where it goes.
Because usually thats the nights when I miss out on sleep I know Im gonna be sleep deprived for the entire week.

yeah ive had this for years. even with melatonin it makes me really tired but i still can't sleep at times ill just be super tired
Look up some sleep optimization stuff. Andrew huberman and a ton of guys have some great info. A lot of people that don’t sleep well have some very fixable habits that could be broken and help a lot.

I have a teacher / program recommendation for people but it’s for a very specific type of person. It’s completely opposite of people like Andrew huberman. And it’s for people who are scared of not falling asleep/ chronic insomniacs.
I’m someone who has probably AT LEAST one SLEEPLESS night a week. But it doesn’t crush me anymore. This program really helps. But again, it’s not for everyone imo. Only people who are afraid of wakelfulness, not people who are just looking for better sleep. For serious insomniacs
