Yeah, i have this app that counts the calories for me, which is why i was so panicked because ive been on at least a -1000 calorie deficit for the past week.
I drink a slim blend coffee thats around 5-10 calories, the steak and cheese usually clockes in around 664 cal, and the bagel with peanut butter is around 300 cal, and thats all i eat for sure because ever since ive started to count calories ive cut out sweets and snacks unless otherwise posted
are you adding absolutely everything to the app? sometimes people trick themselves into thinking they're eating at a deficit subconsciously when really they're not. i had that problem and plateaued a bit when losing weight. you dont gain weight off a deficit
you should also take in account when you weigh yourself. i weigh myself in the morning right after i wake up
its best to get foods you can measure 100% how many calories are in it. maybe get a scale, some fruit and nuts or whatever.

Yes, hands on god. I havent even been able to think of food much because of the workouts and house maintenance. I weighed myself at night but with my pants off for accuracy. Its crazy because i feel my love handles shrinking and my belly doesnt feel as bloated as i did before, but this is a brand new measurement machine so it cant be cappin
set small goals, hit those small goals and feel rewarded until you reach the ultimate goal. its hard since i was overweight my entire life until about 18 or 19, and now im 5'6 128. max weight was 185 or around that, not sure how tall I was but I was shorter. just remember its worth it in the end

yeah start weighing yourself first thing in the morning instead. Not that its gonna make a 10 pound difference but you'll see a bit of a difference since it fluctuates throughout the day

Maybe that s*** is broken though? Had this scale I would use when trying to gain weight but it would fluctuate massively and wasn't accurate whatsoever so maybe you got something faulty?

This sounds extremely conservative but arent you supposed to eat more protein for muscle growth?
Also yesterday i was really light, all i had was a kale caesar grilled chicken salad and a protein shake. today im going to do mainly protein shakes and some dark chocolate as a snack, but no major carbs

count ur calories ! if u eat the same everyday its easier, bc youll just have to count them once then u can use the same (if u use them same portions)
losing fat + gaining muscle at the same time is hard, nbut what most people do is either go slightly below their BMR, or they go above BMR some days and below other days (when ur resting)
i personally go slightly below my BMR most d
but u should just play around and see what works best for you, but alwyas COUNT CALORIES !

Yeah, reason why i eat mostly the same stuff everyday is because i don’t want to deal with counting calories and finding out if the food i’m eating is healthy or not.
