The only acceptable reason for cheating is if you need somebody who can help get you out of an abusive household or situation. And even then, I think s***ty and lowers your self worth if you need to sleep with somebody to get them to get you out.
I agree that it's better to end the relationship, but sometimes it can be tough to walk away. As someone who was the s***ty partner in a relationship like that, I'd understand if my ex cheated on me
Just my personal opinionAnd I wasn't really thinking of a person cheating on someone they're relying on to get them out of the situation, just in general. Can't really have any qualms about your partner cheating on you when you're abusing them imo

That's your choice. Whatever u are content with will be your reality until you decide to change or life forces you to change. I prefer to sort of go with the winds of change. I find that as I get older there's less value in immediate gratification and more in investing in the future
