I'm unsure of anyone else who so frequently creates magical and accurate reflections of the real world in his music that pretty much everyone can connect to and hit the nail on the head literally every time.

    For example...
"Are we still good, are we still good?" - Drake, Jungle.

This line is, in my opinion, Drake's most biting and poignant representation of obsession and simp-attitude. The fact it's so simple yet manages to decisively and cleanly explain everything you experience in a confused and directionless relationship shows his power as a lyricist.

Despite it's simplicity, merely the delivery and repetition is enough for Drake to portray the toxicity he's fallen into toward a woman. It's easily one of the best summations of my experience in love and how I've treated women throughout my years.

Is there anyone as consistently truthful as Drake? I'm starting to think that this line alone could tell my story, and the idea that he has so many exactly like this just shows how poetic he truly is. This is music's best lyricist, ever.

When it reaches a point where I can't tell whether people are being serious or not, I just won't bite. Still want to discuss though. Drake is definitely a good songwriter, a bit less in terms of rap lyrics. The ghostwriting shouldn't have hurted his credibility at all to me.

    Really weird example though...

Drakes lyricism isn't even close to Biggie level.

Which means he's not even close to hov level.

    Not close to Ems level.

    Etc.

Cmon SENSE, your post was aimed to please the crowd, but in reality he isn't better than Jay aka the man who wrote 4:44, or even Lupe.
